Hey kids, I'm starting to add listings for 2012. I'll be trying to play a bit less in the summer. Hope eveyone is off to a great new year.

Hello everyone. As some of you know I was called in to action for the summer with my day job for lots of exrtra hours. This combined with the loss of a couple of venues had my playing guitar pretty sparce this summer. Things should be picking up and some interesting projects are in the works. Stay tuned.

I've meet some great folks lately playing out. The numbers checking the website are the highest ever. Thanks. Keep checking back, I'm adding listings every week.

I'm finishing up some details on some great new and old venues for 2011. Should be a great year. I took a couple months off and am looking foward to getting back in the groove.

Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season. I will be taking it easy on the live work for a couple weeks. Will be posting some wonderful venues very soon. I did add a couple of new pictures that were taken at the NAMI Benifit a couple months ago. It really was a wonderful evening.

I have had the good furtune of having one of my songs, "Too Far To Fall" selected as one of the winning enties in the wonderful Blooning-Tunes Song Contest. It will be featured on a CD this Fall. I had the good luck of winning a spot last year as well. Enteries were from writers spanning from US and Canada . I will post info on the CD availability when I have it. All the best. PL

I have added a couple new venues for this spring and summer and am working on a couple more so please check back. Again the last few months the user list for the site is bigger than ever before, so thanks for checking in. I've been selling tunes in Europe through Apple iTunes so thats pretty cool as well.

Thanks again to all that check in. The numbers for the website are higher than ever and I really appriciate the interest. I am starting to get some of the summers bookings sorted out so please check the "calendar" section for updates. I have taken quite a bit of time off from recording so the new CD is coming around slow, but sure. I have posted one of the new tunes (titled 100 Tears for now). You can find it at the bottom of the "music" tab. Give it a click and you can hear the whole tune. Please send me a note or post on what you think. The famous and sexy Monkey Pod 12 String is all over it.
Winter will be over soon on all levels.

I hope everyone is having a great start to the new year. As some of you know I have been having some issues with my hearing the last year or so. I had kept my schedule a bit light the last few months. I'll be posting so great new venues in the next couple of weeks that should be fun. Thanks again everyone that keeps checking in.

The forthcoming "Songs From The Heartland" CD was featured on WFHB Today. I was flatered to be on of the Songwriters chosen for the CD. There will be a companion live show October 17th at the Buskirk Chumley Theater in Bloomington. Those tikets have just gone on sale. The Buskirk is a wonderful theater, right downtown on Kirkwood.

Hello one and all. Thanks again for all the people that check in. I added a late date at ZING for this Saturday. For all of you that miss the loss on D'Vine on 82nd St, please take the time to chech this place out. I will be playing at ZING through out the summer.
Also, a reminder that the songs for the "Nonfiction" CD are available all over the place due to some exiting new distribution deals. Single tunes as well as the whole stew are available through Apple iTunes, CDbaby, Rhapsody, Verizon, Amazon, Target.com and a host of others as single song downloads or CD's. The "links" page will get you to most of them.

Thanks for checking in. Please check the listings section often. There should be some new stuff popping up for the summer that should be bales of fun. I am trying a new "jukebox" function at the bottom of the page that should allow you to play tunes as you look through the website. I am still working on some old video footage that I am tring to add to the site as well as some old demo and alternate takes of tunes you may know that I have uncovered. To answer a few conserns I have recieved: I am not forgetting Indianapolis. You know I love playing downtown. Bloomington has just given me a big embrace as of late. Take care.

Thanks again to all that check in. There are lots of folks checking in daily (well over 100 ). Very humbling. I will try better to do more updates. I am still working on new tunes in the studio. I can only spare a few hours a week so its going slow but we are getting things done slow but sure. I am working on geting a video posted from the ArtsGarden show last year. They were kind enough to do a DVD taping of that show. For now I have posted a few new pictures in the photos link. If you have any pics send them along and I'll try to get them uploaded to the site. There should be lots of new live listings soon.

Thanks again for the many that stop by the site. I will work harder in the new year to update more often and get some sample uploads of new songs. I am working again in Hit City Recording Sudio on some new songs for a forthcoming CD. It is a slow process as time is limited but I will try to post some outtakes online soon for those that want to follow the progress. All the best in the new year for one and all.

I will be a bit light with live music the next couple of weeks as the D'Vine Wine Bar goes through a move and the Distillery has fewer days in the winter. I am working on some very interesting new venues, so I hope to see you at some great new places.
